5 Tips to Recover From Dehydration

1- Consume plenty of liquids

Coffee and alcoholic beverages do not count against your daily water requirement. These beverages worsen dehydration.

3- Coconut Water

It is high in potassium, calcium, and amino acids and hydrates our body from the inside out. This beverage is naturally high in electrolytes, which aids in tiredness relief and increases energy levels.

4- IV Fluids.

Medical attention may be necessary depending on the symptoms. It is not always as simple as drinking more water to recover from dehydration.

5- Oral Rehydration Salts

They are generally administered to those with diarrhea or other health problems that might lead to dehydration. These products contain a combination of electrolytes, carbohydrates, and other nutrients that aid in restoring fluid balance and enhancing hydration levels.
